Job description
Job title: Internal Medicine Expert Reviewer
Job type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job summary: Vet clinical AI training and evaluation content as a board-eligible or practicing internal medicine specialist. Your review ensures medically sound outputs for healthcare AI buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Review clinical prompts, model responses, and rubric scores for factual and safety accuracy.
- Flag hallucinated citations, contraindication errors, and scope-of-practice violations.
- Adjudicate differential diagnosis and triage scenarios per program guidelines.
- Provide structured expert rationale suitable for regulator-sensitive audit logs.
- Participate in periodic calibration sessions with other clinical experts.
Required skills and qualifications
- MD or DO with active or recent internal medicine practice or fellowship training.
- License in good standing (or equivalent jurisdiction) where applicable.
- Experience with evidence-based medicine and clinical documentation standards.
- Strict confidentiality and HIPAA-aligned handling of de-identified case material.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior medical informatics, clinical NLP, or healthcare AI advisory work.
- Experience teaching residents or writing clinical guidelines.
