Job description
Job title: Wearable Field QA
Job type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job summary: Quality-review wearable capture submissions from the field. You protect dataset integrity for smart-glasses and POV programs scaling to production.
Key responsibilities
- Review incoming wearable captures against lighting, framing, and activity checklists.
- Reject or return submissions with incomplete metadata or consent issues.
- Score contributor adherence and feed patterns back to program managers.
- Document recurring artifact types (motion blur, dropouts, audio clipping).
- Support onboarding of new field contributors with example accept/reject clips.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience reviewing first-person or action-camera footage.
- Attention to detail on small guideline violations that compound at scale.
- Ability to deliver consistent decisions across heterogeneous contributor skill levels.
- Clear, respectful written feedback to global contributor pools.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior contributor on Harbor or similar egocentric programs promoted to QA.
- Audio-visual sync or wearable hardware troubleshooting experience.
