Privacy, terms, cookies, contributor agreements, and referral rules, organized by how you use Harbor. These are plain-language summaries. Your signed agreement is the binding contract.

Privacy
Private chats are never used for training and never earn rewards. Harbor can only use an exchange after you submit it to Prompt-to-Earn. We never sell chats you haven’t submitted.
Cookies
This site only stores what it needs to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don’t use ad networks, and we don’t sell this data.
Contributor terms
Terms for contributors and experts who record, annotate, or evaluate data with Harbor. Every mission shows its brief, funding source, and maximum reward before you start. Accepted work pays in USDC or Harbor API Credits. If a submission fails review, you are told why. Client files stay inside Harbor’s workspace.
Contributor privacy
We keep the account details needed to pay you and the consent record attached to each file. We never publish your recordings. Clients receive only what their program agreement specifies.
Referral terms
Each referral program publishes its own terms when it opens. There is no standing referral reward.
AI providers
Paying customers can see the subprocessors that host Harbor-1 in their account. This marketing site does not send demo chats to any provider.
