Joining is free. You are never charged to apply, onboard, or receive invitations.
Who should apply
People with demonstrable domain depth. Students can apply when they have research, internships, or published work the rubric will test. Student status alone is not a match.
How to apply
Submit your background through Talk to Harbor. Name domains you can judge, languages, years of practice, and tools. Link a portfolio or anonymised samples where allowed.
If you are not accepted
You may be asked to reapply later, or routed toward Data Network capture if that is the better fit.
Browse opportunities when programmes are listed. Many expert invitations arrive after approval, not from a public board.
